Mumbai: In the latest controversy surrounding Pratyusha Banerjee’s death case, her last call with the actor-boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh, minutes before her death, has been sought by the Bombay High Court.

The phone call which lasted for about three and a half minutes, Pratyusha accused Rahul for cheating on her and blamed him for problems with her parents. The call was made at 3:45pm and just an hour after the phone call, Pratyusha took her life.

Pratyusha: You cheater, tumne mujhe cheat kiya hai, mujhe mere maa baap se alag kar diya, ab dekho main kya karne ja rahi hoon (You cheater, you cheated on me, you separated me from my parents, now see what I do)

Rahul: What happened? I will talk to you once I reach home, I am on the way; till I reach, don’t do anything.

The public prosecutor claimed that Pratyusha had hinted about her suicide to Rahul.

Justice Mridula Bhatkar of the Bombay High Court, during Monday’s hearing on Pratyusha Banerjee’s death case, has decided to hear three-minute recording of her last call with Rahul Raj Singh.

The Bombay High Court on Monday granted interim bail to Rahul Raj Singh who has been booked under the abetment and assault charges after Pratusha Banerjee committed suicide on April 1.
