New Delhi: In the 20th edition of the monthly radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’, PM Narendra Modi talks about saving the environment and says long-term plans are needed to tackle the drought situation. 

This is the first Mann Ki Baat after the recent election poll verdict where BJP triumphed in Assam and made some inroads in the states of Kerala and West Bengal.

Narendra Modi had earlier urged people to give ideas for his popular radio programme. “Urging you to give ideas for #MannKiBaat to be held this Sunday. You can also call on 1800-11-7800,” the PM had written on Twitter.

In his latest Mann Ki Baat address on April 24, PM had called on the nation to conserve water amid drought conditions.
