New Delhi: The Trinamool Congress’s (TMC) resounding victory in West Bengal apparently had a debilitating impact on West Bengal BJP Chief Dilip Ghosh as he claimed that the party’s three seats were enough to give the TMC a challenge.
Sharpening his attack on the TMC, the West Bengal BJP Chief claimed that they will cut off their electricity connection, water supply and lynch the TMC members inside their homes. “We will see what they can do,” said Ghosh.
Ghosh went on to boast about the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and claimed that the BJP had RSS training and were capable of “breaking neck with out bare hands.”
The TMC won in the state of West Bengal with a thumping majority, giving the Mamata Banerjee government its second term in the state.
The BJP chief is known for his controversial remarks concerning sensitive topics inside the country. His comments on women students in Jadavpur University raked in a lot of criticism. Ghosh had also declared in West Bengal that he will chop 6 inches if anyone raises ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans. The WB BJP chief has not been taken into prosecution for all his remarks about communal instigation.
