New Delhi: Few days after a Congo national was beaten to death near Kishangarh village, six Africans were allegedly attacked by mob in Delhi’s Chhatarpur on Saturday night.
The attackers reportedly thrashed the Africans with sticks, bricks and cricket bats.
However, police denied that the incident was a racial attack.
In recent times, India witnessed racial attack incidents across the country prompting a major face-off between India and Africa.
The Ministry of External Affairs said that some Indian nationals in Congo were injured and some shops were vandalised in retaliation to the attack on the African student.
