Patna: The main accused in the murder case of Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) leader Sudesh Paswan, and his brother, has been arrested in Kachar village of Bihar.
The accused, who has been identified as Sohan Yadav, is a top Maoist leader.
Earlier on June 3, naxals put up a poster in the Imamganj area of Gaya, claiming responsibility of the murder of the LJP leader.
A hand-written pamphlet warned those colluding with the police and being their informers.
On May 25, Sudesh Paswan and his brother Sunil Paswan, were killed in broad daylight near Tola Dubat in Gaya, about 100 km from Gaya. They were campaigning for panchayat polls at that time.
