New Delhi: The special joint session of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi at Ramlila Maidan on June 9, was marred after a clash broke out between Aam Admi Party (AAP) and Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) councillors.
The brawl between the two groups took place after BJP councillors objected to AAP members wearing party caps at the session.
AAP Councillor, Rakesh Kumar was one among those who were roughed up for wearing AAP party cap.

Rakesh was looking for a chance to speak at the meeting of the three MCDs.
The meeting was held at Ramlila Maidan to discuss the issues with Delhi government.
Earlier, Leader of the opposition SDMC, Farhad Suri attacked both AAP and BJP over the poor status of the MCDs and Delhi city.
