New Delhi: At least six youth were shot dead by suspected People’s Liberation Front of India (PLFI) naxals near Khunti-Ranchi border in Jharkhand on Monday night.

The dead bodies of the victims were recovered on Tuesday morning.

A week ago, two PLFI cadres were lynched by tribal villagers in Torpa block of the Khunti District. The naxals had come to Pandaria village to collect levies from a local when they were confronted by the villagers.
