New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Sunday arrested Aurangabad Airport Director Alok Varshney on charges of accepting bribery.

Sources from CBI said that the director was arrested from Aurangabad when he was allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000, the first in Rs 50,000 bribery case.

Officials are also conducting raids at Varshney’s residence to ascertain the value of the director’s assets.
