New Delhi: Following a tip-off, Rajasthan police nabbed two women with two bags containing 18 kgs of poppy in the Nal area of Bikaner, Rajasthan on Sunday October 24.

Further disclosing the matter, the official said, “Working on a tip-off, Rajasthan police made a special team and inspected the women who were travelling in a state bus from Jaisalmer to Bikaner late last night.”

As per the SHO fo Nal police station Jagdish Prasad, the two accused women were caught with 18 kgs of poppy were identified as Bhital and Paro, hailing from Punjab.

The accused have been booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and investigations will soon be underway.
