The Supreme Court on Saturday will hear the appeal of the convicts in the December 16 gang rape case.
The four convicts Vinay, Akshay, Mukesh and Pawan have been awarded death penalty for raping a 23-year-old girl in a moving bus in Delhi on December 16, 2012.
Eleven days after the assault, she (victim), died in a Singapore hospital on December 29, 2012, succumbing to injuries.
Supreme Court will start the hearing tomorrow at 10:30 AM. The court also directed the authorities in Tihar jail, to allow the lawyers of all the four convicts to meet their clients.
The trial court in September 2013 awarded death sentence to all the convicts also upheld by Delhi High Court.
All the accused were arrested and charged with sexual assault and murder. One of the accused, Ram Singh, died in police custody from allegedly possible committing suicide in 2013 in the Tihar Jail.
