Major fire broke out in a plastic factory in Bhiwandi on Sunday, killing four people and injuring two.
The injured were shifted to Airoli hospital, fire officials said.
The fire took place on Sunday afternoon after which the fire brigade team was sent to Bhiwandi to douse the flames. The fire is under control now.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
“It is not known what these people were doing in the godown and their identity is yet to be established,” said Santosh Kadam chief of the Thane Municipal Corporation’s (TMC) Regional Disaster Management Cell.
