Following the break-up of Grand Alliance in Bihar, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD)’s chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s son and former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav said that being the largest party, they will also stake claim to form the government in the state.

According to reports, Tejashwi Yadav along with RJD delegation with meet Bihar Governor KN Tripathi at 11AM  on Thursday to stake claim for forming the government.

Taking to his Twitter account, Tejashwi Yadav further said, “We will also get support from JDU MLAs.”

“If Nitish Kumar is proud of his moral, values and honesty, he would not had been in midnight rush to stake claim for government. Honest man doesn’t fear,” Tejashwi Yadav tweeted.

Hitting out at Nitish Kumar, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav said, “When Nitish Kumar broke alliance with BJP in 2013 he choreographed & followed the same script to secure himself. He surrenders as per needs.”

“All JD(U) MLAs caged in Chief Minister’s house since evening. Why so much insecurity? Just because MLAs realise that they are elected against BJP’s divisive agenda,” Lalu Prasad Yadav said.

Meanwhile, offering its support to Nitish Kumar to form the government in the state, the BJP has already submitted its letter of support to the Bihar Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi.

BJP leader Prem Kumar also mentioned about taking letter of support to the Governor to stake claim for forming government with JDU in the state.

Earlier in the day, Tejashwi Yadav while hitting out at BJP said that party president Amit Shah said he wants to see BJP in power in every state, so they are trying all means to break us.
