At least two Pakistani infiltrators have been neutralised after Border Security Force (BSF) personnel foiled an infiltration bid across the International Boundary in Ajnala sector near Amritsar, Punjab.

As per reports, searches are underway to look out for more infiltrators and the entire area has been cordoned off by the security forces. 

Pakistani currency, 4 kg of heroine, phones and arms have also been recovered from Pakistani intruders.

Meanwhile, concerned authorities are monitoring the situation and security precautions are also being taken.

Previously on September 16, at least two terrorists were gunned down after an infiltration bid that was foiled in Machil sector of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K)’s Kupwara district.
