NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court is set to deliver its verdict on 1993 Mumbai blasts convict Yakub Memon. 53-year-old charted accountant has appealed to the President for mercy for another time just a day before his scheduled hanging on July 30. 

The Supreme Court is also hearing his petition to stop the execution on technical grounds.
