External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has begun her address at the 72nd United Nations General Assembly session in New York, United States. This is Sushma Swaraj’s second consecutive address in the assembly where she is expected to speak on several matters including terrorism, especially on the recent address of Pakistan Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi where he took jibes at India.
