On December 6, ahead of the 25th anniversary of the Babri Masjid demolition in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, Farah Khan Ali taunted Lal Krishna Advani, (LK Advani) who served as the 7th Deputy Prime Minister of India from 2002 to 2004, in a series of tweets from her Twitter handle. Citing the demolition of Babri Masjid, famous jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali said that Advani who once dreamt of becoming the prime minister of India, is nothing but an old man with broken dreams now.

Attacking former deputy prime minister of India over his stand on Babri Masjid demolition, the famous jewellery designer Farah Khan said that it was nothing but ‘bad karma’ for LK Advani. Criticising the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) veteran, Farah khan said, “LK Advani the man who ignited and fanned the flames of divided India with his march towards Ayodhya and the subsequent demolition of the Babri Masjid who dreamed of becoming PM of India is nothing but an old man with broken dreams. When you do no good, no good happens to you.”

Later, when an internet user supported LK Advani stating that he willingly stepped aside for Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Farah Khan Ali said LK Advani had no other choice but to step aside for Vajpayee. She claimed, “He had no choice but to step aside for Vajpayee, a thorough gentleman compared to others around him. I pray I never understand politics because if I have to attain power by killing people I will shun such power.”

Accusing LK Advani for the deaths during land dispute, she said, “LK Advani sowed the seeds of Hatred that lead to many innocents dying.” The designer surely seemed upset with LK Advani as later she even shared a story link stating how Advani physically and mentally assaulted his former daughter-in-law.
