• Sitting legislator Giriraj Singh is expected to defeat Kanhaiya Kumar in Begusarai. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad is also expected to defea Congress candidate Shatrughan Sinha from Patna Sahab.

• BJP will win Patna Sahab, Muzaffarpur and  Begusarai.
