One Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) worker died and two others sustained injuries when a clash broke out between the workers of PTI and Awami National Party (ANP) today, July 25. A report in Dawn.com said that the workers have clashed in the PK-57 constituency of Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Reportedly, the situation got worsened after a firing incident that took place during the tussle between the party workers. Only after the firing incident, a worker from PTI lost his life while two others sustained injuries. 

Besides this, over 4 people were injured after a cracker was thrown at a PPP facilitation camp near Shah Muhammad Primary School in Larkana. The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital. Following the attack, The polling has been stopped in NA-200/PS-11.  As per reports, over 80,000 police personnel were deployed as the voting is underway in Pakistan. 

According to reports, at least seven people sustained injuries after a clash that broke out between two political groups at a women polling station in Khipro, NA-216 (Sanghar II). The polling has been stopped at the polling station following the clashes. The clash broke out between the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) at polling station Yamin Hingorjo after a woman was stopped from casting her vote on technical reasons. The injured have been shifted to the nearby hospitals.

Also, at least 28 people were killed and over 30 have been reported injured after a deadly suicide blast near Quetta. The blast occurred near a police van that was on its routine patrolling. The incident has occurred near a polling station in NA-260. The people who have sustained injuries were taken to the Civil Hospital and a state of emergency has been declared at the hospital.
