Allahabad high court has rejected the plea of madrasa secretary who filed the petition against the directive of Uttar Pradesh government issued for independence day…the circular released by Yogi Aditya Nath made singing national anthem mandatory for all institutions. The court observed that singing the national anthem is honouring the history and tradition of the nation and thus all institutions must recite it. And further said that no Madrasa student has objected to singing anthem thus rendering the petition unnecessary.

harish salve submitted that Twitter is extremely abusive and he had deleted his Twitter account. while failing Nariman has stated that abusive social media needs to be regulated.The supreme court has shown concern over the same issue and said that people spread false information about court proceedings as well.
