At least three civilians, all of them being minors were reportedly killed in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Kerni and Digwar sector of Jammu and Kashmir’s (J&K) Poonch district. According to reports, a 15-year-old girl, a 10-year-old boy were among those who lost their lives in the ceasefire violation in Digwar sector of J&K’s Poonch. In response, the Indian forces heavily retaliated to the ceasefire violation.
During the same hours when Pakistan violated ceasefire in Poonch, security forces foiled an infiltration bid in Keran sector. At least one infiltrator was killed and while search for other infiltrators if any was underway.
