Chinese Smartphone giants Xiaomi will be launching its much anticipated Mi Mix 2 on Tuesday at an event in New Delhi which is scheduled only for the launch of their flagship phone. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will come out as the successor of the Mi Mix which was launched in 2016. The Chinese company have already made it clear that customers can buy the much-awaited smartphone through e-commerce site Flipkart.
The company first teased about their flagship smartphone in China a month ago and with the Mi mix 2 launch, they also announced the Mi Note 3 which has not received any launch date or when it will hit the Indian market. Getting back to today’s launch of the Mi Mix 2, the event will be live streamed on the Xiaomi site as well as on their YouTube channel.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 specifications
The phone is power-driven with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along with a 16 MP rear shooter which also has taken inspiration from Samsung and Apple by giving an edge to edge display. With a Ceramic unibody design, the Mi Mix 2 will have 6GB RAM along with a 5.99-inch full-HD LCD bezel-less display. The smartphone also has scratch-resistant feature and in China it was launched in three variants — 54, 128 and 256 Gb. The storage can also be expanded with the help of an additional microSD card. As per reports, Xiaomi in their China Mi Mixx2 launch said that phone is smaller than the iPhone 7 Plus. The flagship smartphone also has an equivalent 3,400mAH battery that comes with Quick Charge 3.0.

Going as per the China launch, the Special Edition of the Mi Mix 2 with 8GB Ram and 128GB storage was price tagged around Rs 45-47,000. So for the exact price tag in India you have to wait and see Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 2 launch that will take place at 11:30 AM today.
