Rio de Janeiro: Indian rower Dattu Baban Bhokanal finished fourth in the men’s singles sculls quarter-finals at the Rio Olympics here on Tuesday.
He started in Lane 5 in the fourth quarter-final and ended the race fourth among six rowers.
The 25-year-old armyman, hailing from Maharashtra, had secured his spot for the quarterfinals after finishing third in the qualifying round with a timing of 7:21.67 at Lagao stadium on Saturday.
