The Champions League round of 16 clash between Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona produced a shocker of a score line on Wednesday as the Parisians perished Barca 4-0 at Parc des Princes stadium in Paris.

Argentine winger Angle Di Maria, celebrating his 29th birthday opened the floodgates for the Red and Blue in the 18th minute when he curled a stunning free kick into the top right corner.

German International Julian Draxler made it 2-0 for Unai Emery’s side after scoring on his Champions League debut for PSG.

Things went bad to worse for the Catalan giants when Kurzawa found Di Maria in the 55th minute as the birthday boy turned the game into a real demolition with his second sublime finish of the night.

With Di Maria’s brilliant brace a rampant 4-0 Champions League triumph over Luis Enrique’s’ side was completed by Uruguayan striker Edison Cavani who scored his 32nd goal of the season in the 71st minute.
