Manchester United have been a force to reckon in the ongoing Premier league, the Red Devils have maintained an absolute clean-sheet in their 3 games so far and have scored a rampant 1o goals.

The young team has gelled up well and their on field coordination has been commendable. United will today face Stoke City in their 4th game of the season, the away clash will be a stern test for the improved Europa League winner’s squad as they would try to clinch their first away victory against the Potters in 4 seasons. The Reds have not registered a single away win against Stoke since April 2013 and Jose Mourinho would want to change that.

Ahead of the clash United’s Player of the year last season Ander Herrera is aware of the difficult task that lays ahead, the Spaniard had a phenomenal last season under Mourinho and has established himself as a key figure in the heart of the Red’s midfield.

Speaking to MUTV before the game Herrera emphasised on the threat that Stoke possess and how the Potters play with strong head which makes it difficult for any team to get past them also their win against Arsenal would give them immense confidence coming into this big showdown.

Herrera said Manchester United will have to match Stoke City’s attitude if they have to continue with their perfect winning record this season.

Stressing on Premier League unpredictability and tough game play Herrera said “The Premier League is very long and every team can beat you, now we have to face Stoke, and we’ve had four seasons without winning there. It’s been a good way to start but we cannot relax. “

It was a moderate last season for United against Stoke as they managed two draws out of two games they played but this time around the momentum seems to be on the Red’s side and anything less than a win would be disappointing for Mourinho and his men.

Stoke City have been fairly good this season with new recruit Jesse Rodriguez flying in the attack. They are currently placed 11th on the table and drew their last game 1-1 against West Brom.

Manchester United: Zlatan Ibrahimovioc and Marcos Rojo would miss out as they continue recovering from their respective injuries, meanwhile Luke Shaw might make a comeback into the senior team after impressing for the Under-23’s. Stoke City: Darren Fletcher the former United midfielder has recovered from minor knee injury and could feature against his former club.
