New Delhi: Having newly taken the office of the President of the United States, Donald J Trump will speak tonight with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the White House confirmed.

Trump’s schedule, which was released today, shows that he will be engaged in conversation over the phone with PM Modi around 1 PM Washington DC time, which is 11:30 PM in India.

“The President speaks with Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi,” the White House said when Trump’s schedule was released.

Prime Minister Modi will be the fifth foreign leader President Trump will be speaking to. He was sworn-in as the President on January 20.

He has already talked with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican Premier Pena Nieto.
