At least 4 people were killed and two others injured after a Cessna 310 aircraft crashed into a residential area in southern California on Tuesday.
According to reports, the plane crashed into two homes resulting in fire.
There is no exact number of causalities as fire fighters are still looking for survivors in the wreckage. Meanwhile, the injured have been taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
It has also been reported that a teenage girl, who was thrown from the plane when it hit the homes, was alive and received minor injuries.
The plane that was bound for San Jose in Northern California crashed shortly after taking off from riverside municipal airport.
A spokesperson of the Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board said that the incident will be investigated.
