United States President Donald Trump on Wednesday condemned the killing of Indian techie and stated that America denounces all of forms hateful attacks.
Talking about the vandalism of Jewish cemeteries which shot up dramatically after Trump’s appointment, the 45th President of the United States of America said, “Recent threats targeting Jewish community centers and vandalism of Jewish cemeteries, as well as last week’s shooting in Kansas City, remind us that while we may be a nation divided on policies, we are a country that stands united in condemning hate and evil in all its forms.”
Delivering a poignant speech on racism and bigotry, something that Trump has strayed away from, Trump said, “Each American generation passes the torch of truth, liberty and justice – in an unbroken chain all the way down to the present. That torch is now in our hands. And we will use it to light up the world. I am here tonight to deliver a message of unity and strength, and it is a message deeply delivered from my heart.”
Purinton was on Thursday arrested in Clinton city in neighbouring Missouri state after a bartender reported to police that the man said he had killed “two Middle Easterns” and was looking for a place to hide, the Star quoted the local police as saying.
Kuchibhotla was killed on February 24.
