Aamir Khan and Faissal Khan
Faissal Khan just dropped a bombshell about his family, and it’s messy, to say the least. In a recent press conference, he straight-up announced that he’s cutting all ties with his brother, Aamir Khan and the rest of the family. And he didn’t stop there.
Faissal publicly accused Aamir of having an affair during his marriage with Reena, claiming that Aamir was involved with another woman, a journalist named Jessica Hines, and even had a child with her outside of marriage.
At the conference, Faissal said, “My family was asking me to get married. Aamir’s marriage with Reena was damaged, and he was in a relationship with Jessica, with whom he also has a child out of wedlock.” It’s the kind of revelation that sends tabloids into a frenzy.
Afterwards, Faissal took to Instagram with a pretty sombre post, saying, “With a heavy heart yet renewed courage, I wish to share that I have severed all family ties, as declared through a public notice. This step, though difficult, is essential for my healing and growth.
Life now enters a new chapter of freedom, dignity, and self-discovery, one that I embrace with positivity, truth, and strength.”
Naturally, Aamir’s family wasn’t going to sit back quietly. They fired back with a public statement, saying they were deeply upset by what they called Faissal’s “hurtful and misleading” portrayal of the family, especially his mother Zeenat, his sister Nikhat, and Aamir himself.
The statement insisted that every decision about Faissal had been made together, with input from medical professionals, always keeping his well-being at the forefront. “We have refrained from publicly discussing the details of a painful and difficult period for our family,” they said, urging the media not to turn this into gossip or clickbait.
The statement was signed by just about everyone in the family: Reena Datta, Junaid Khan, Ira Khan, Farhat Datta, Rajiv Datta, Kiran Rao, Santosh Hegde, Seher Hegde, Mansoor Khan, Nuzhat Khan, Imran Khan, Tina Fonseca, Zayn Marie Khan, and Pablo Khan.
