Prakash Varma Set To Debut As Movie Director After ‘George Sir’ Shines In Thudarum

Prakash Varma, whose name is associated with several of India s most distinguishable advertising projects, is ready to make his debut as director of a feature film next year. This is after his much-publicized acting role as the evil villain, George Sir in the popular 2025 smash, Thudarum.

The fact that he managed to transform himself into a full-blown cinematic personality proves his ability and readiness to experiment with his creative work. Fans and critics are now keen to see what his mind would come up with in terms of a feature-length film, wondering whether or not his minimalistic storytelling style and character-oriented rationale, which are the trademark of his work in the advertisement industry, would work in the big-screen.

From Advertising Maestro to Acting Sensation

Prakash Varma rose in the world of media as an assistant director but he got his calling in the advertisement.
