Chopper Problem Delays Amit Shah Visit In Dhubri

The complication arose while the helicopter used by Amit Shah was unable to continue its flight to Golakganj as planned due to a technical failure requiring him to postpone to a later date (the same day) when it was safe for him to continue on flying at that time. This was due both to liability factors associated with the potential for causing further damage to aircraft on take-off and that flying further on such an aircraft after taking off was considered unsafe for those onboard.

As a result of this disruption, his trip had become very difficult to manage due to the number of stops to be made while in Assam.
