After getting a lead of 180 runs, India have scored 64 runs for the loss of opener Yashasvi Jaiswal and leads by 244 runs. The left-hander Jaiswal made a quick 28 before getting dismissed by Josh Tongue. KL Rahul and Karun Nair remained not out as the day came to an end.

Mohammed Siraj took six wickets and helped India gain a massive lead of 180 runs in the second Test of the Tendulkar-Anderson Trophy. After a demoralizing partnership of 303 runs between Brook and Smith, Indian bowlers made a comeback in style and knocked England over for 407 runs.
