Kerala Assembly Election 2026 Results May 4 LIVE UPDATES: BJP’s Rajeev Chandrasekhar is leading in Nemom constituency in Thiruvananthapuram, ahead of LDF’s V. Sivankutty by 1,207 votes. INC’s Adv. K.S. Sabarinadhan is 3rd with 4,096 votes.

Nemom is BJP’s most established constituency in Kerala. Chandrasekhar, the party’s Kerala state president, is contesting the seat for the first time. If the lead holds, it would be a significant personal result for Chandrasekhar and contribute to the NDA’s improved tally in the state.

Kerala Assembly Election 2026 Results May 4 LIVE UPDATES: The United Democratic Front has widened its lead sharply, now ahead in 50 constituencies, while the Left Democratic Front is leading in 26, based on trends from 79 seats. The Bharatiya Janata Party is ahead in one seat, while two constituencies are currently led by independent candidates.

Within the UDF, the Indian National Congress is leading in 34 seats, followed by the Indian Union Muslim League with 11. The Kerala Congress (KEC) and Kerala Congress (M) have 2 leads each, while Kerala Congress (Jacob) is ahead in 1.

On the LDF side, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) is leading in 18 seats, while the Communist Party of India has 3 leads.
