Victor give a delightful ball to the onrushing Franchu and the Argentine’s right-footer was blocked at the right time! That was a chance! Had it not been for the block, Amrinder would’ve beaten all ends up! Looks like Amrinder is injured, he is down to his knees it seems…
Kerala are making a change now…Nihal and Sudeesh making way for Bikash and Hormipam. Both KBFC and OFC are not title contenders but they set the tone for the next season if they perform now. But as of now they need to take the lead, specially the Kerala side, who are playing so well.
We are back for the second-half! Kerala and Odisha won’t settle for a point each. They will push hard till the very last minute until get a winner!

GOOOAL!!! Odisha FC were knocking on the door and with a quick move the visitors are now back in the game! Rahim Ali clinical as he smashes it past Arsh into the bottom corner of the net! GAME ON from here on!
Victor breaks the deadlock!
We have the first shot on target for Odisha FC! Rahim Ali has a crack from just outside the box with his left foot which forced Arsh to dive towards his left to make a save. Some respite for the OFC fans…
First proper action from Odisha FC, which prompted Arsh to come out of his line to clear the ball away as Rahim Ali was lurking. The visitors need more of this, if they want to have a chance against this compact side.
GOOOAL!! Kerala have the lead! Kevin Yoke’s long-range attempt was blocked and it somehow flew all the way into the OFC box falling to Victor, who left the defender for dead and the Kerala No. 7 tapped it in with ease with Amrinder routed to the spot! 1-0!!
Odisha FC are yet to trouble Kerala with a proper counter. It has been all Kerala as they enjoy more than 70% of the ball possesion.
Kerala have dominated the opening 8 minutes of the game. They’ve won a few free-kicks just outside the box and even a corner. Time and again they’ve utilised the flanks and have troubled the visitors with their dangerous deliveries.
Kerala have been in solid form since Ashley Westwood took over the reigns. They have won two matches and have drawn just 1 game. Mathematically, if they win all the games they won’t win the title for sure but at least and bring the dieing fanbase back to the stadium with their beautiful football.
Just 2 minutes into the game and Odisha FC have started to play on the offensive, which has led to Kerala winning a couple of free-kicks. The home side right from the word go have put men forward to open the floodgates…

Peter Hartley addresses the media on behalf of the Blasters ahead of the big match!
Odisha FC began the ISL season as outsiders but made an impressive start. They opened with a solid draw against Inter Kashi before stunning NorthEast United FC with a dominant 4-1 victory.
However, their form has dipped since then. The Juggernauts suffered defeats to Mumbai City FC and FC Goa, followed by a disappointing draw against Mohammedan SC. Those dropped points have left them struggling near the bottom of the table.
Odisha currently sit 13th with six points and are without a win in their last four matches. A victory in Kochi would provide a major boost and reduce the pressure on the squad. To achieve that, they must improve defensively and show more threat going forward.
Kerala Blasters FC have improved significantly since Ashley Westwood took charge. After struggling earlier in the season, the team has shown fresh confidence and stronger performances following the international break.
Westwood’s first match ended in a 2-0 defeat to SC Delhi, but Kerala responded well by beating Bengaluru FC 2-1 in the Southern Derby. They then drew with NorthEast United FC before claiming an impressive 2-0 win over Jamshedpur FC.
That victory highlighted the team’s growing defensive strength and sharper attack. Kerala Blasters currently sit 11th with eight points from ten matches, and another win could lift them to eighth place. With home support in Kochi, the Tuskers will be confident of getting a positive result against Odisha FC.
