Chennai’s Today Weather: After suffering a crunch defeat at the hands of Rajasthan Royals in their previous, Chennai Super Kings return to their den at the Chepauk, as they take on Punjab Kings at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Notably, CSK looked like a completely washed-out side against Rajasthan, who came in with a plan against the five-time IPL champions.

With no rain around, dew will become a serious factor as the match progresses. As the ground becomes damper, holding onto the ball may become more difficult, potentially posing problems for spinners in the second innings.
