The Chennai Super Kings are all set to host Punjab Kings at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai today (April 3). While Punjab Kings are coming into this game on the back of a win in their previous encounter against Gujarat Titans at home, Chennai Super Kings lost their first match of the season against Rajasthan Royals in Guwahati.

MS Dhoni to Few Matches
MS Dhoni will be missing some of the matches in the initial phase, the franchise confirmed on Saturday. According to the official statement, the former India and CSK captain is currently undergoing rehabilitation for a calf strain. “Official Statement. Former South African pacer Dale Steyn also described the situation as a blessing in disguise. “It allows them to look at what the future of Chennai Super Kings will look like”.

While he is set to miss few matches, MS Dhoni was spotted sweating it out in the nets ahead of the Punjab Kings clash. Watching him bat, the Khan brothers– Musheer and Sarfaraz were left in awe. While Sarfaraz is a part of the CSK dressing room, his brother Musheer is in the Punjab Kings squad.
