As WWE’s Senior VP of Talent Development Creative, Michaels is the driving force behind NXT’s direction and clearly believes Tuesday nights on The CW deliver unmatched entertainment, even when compared to AEW Dynamite, Collision, or SmackDown.

Michaels credits the charisma and consistency of performers like Ethan Page and Chelsea Green as part of what makes NXT stand out. “They’re two of the most enjoyable people that I watch on television,” he said, highlighting their work ethic and versatility.
