Presidents of three countries are reportedly set to meet in Budapest in a bid to end war in Ukraine
After a lot of speculations about a meeting involving Vladimir Putin, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and Donald Trump to end the Ukraine war, it seems Budapest has been chosen as the place for a historic trilateral summit. Reports suggest that the presidents of the three countries will sit in Budapest to discuss terms and conditions for a peace deal in Ukraine.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump had indicated that Russian President Vladimir Putin may not be ready to negotiate peace in Ukraine, despite recent momentum in talks achieved during the summit between the two leaders in Alaska last week, a CNN report said.
“We are going to find out about President Putin in the next couple of weeks … It is possible that he doesn’t want to make a deal,” the US President had said.
