students hospitalized after falling ill at Delhi school. Police has filed the case.

The Delhi police filed a case against unidentified individuals under appropriate IPC sections on Saturday. This was in response to 23 students from Nigam Pratibha Vidyalaya in Delhi’s Inderpuri being hospitalized on Friday due to vomiting. The police stated that the hospitalized children are now in good health.

The police received a PCR call about the incident, and upon arriving at the scene, they discovered that certain students were unwell. These students were promptly taken to the hospital.

Based on the first evaluation, an unpleasant odor quickly spread in a few classrooms, causing the children to become ill. It seems the children had eaten a few minutes before the incident. While the smell has diminished, all classrooms have been emptied as a safety measure.

The situation is being closely monitored, and additional investigations are being conducted to identify the origin of the odor.

Virendra Sachdeva, the Delhi BJP president, visited RML hospital and spoke with the students. According to him, neither the students nor the teachers could determine the cause of the incident. Sachdeva suggested that the MCD should investigate the issue. He mentioned that there were 16 students at the hospital, and they were in good condition.
