Infant, Her Parents Among 4 Indian-origin People Abducted In California

Four individuals, including an 8-month-old baby and her parents, were abducted from Merced County in California on Monday (local time), according to officials.
According to a statement released by the Merced County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, 39-year-old Amandeep Singh, 36-year-old Jasdeep Singh, 27-year-old Jasleen Kaur, and their 8-month-old kid Aroohi Dheri were seized.
The suspect has been characterised by police as being violent and armed.
Authorities have not provided many details regarding the event because the investigation is still in its early stages, but according to the media sources, they have stated that the four were abducted against their will by a company in the 800 Block of South Highway 59.
The claimed kidnapping happened on a street that is dotted with shops and eateries.
Authorities have not identified a suspect or a potential motive, according to media sources.
The culprit and victims were advised to remain unapproached, and anybody who saw them was urged to dial 911.
