At the preview launch for The Ba***ds of Bollywood on Wednesday, August 20, Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s son, finally stepped onto the stage and delivered his first official speech to the media.

This was a big moment since Aryan is making his directorial debut with this series, and you could tell he felt the pressure. He actually admitted he was nervous, even apologising up front, just in case things didn’t go perfectly.

Aryan Khan admits to being nervous

At his very first media address, Aryan Khan said, “Lagatar practice kiye jaa raha hoon. In fact, main itna nervous hoon ki maine teleprompter pe bhi likwa diya hain aur just in case yaha ki bijli chali jaaye main kaagaz ke tukde pe nhi likh ke laya hoon! Torch ke saath. Aur agar tab bhi mujhse mistake ho jaaye… toh papa hain na!”

Aryan Khan added, “Even after all that, if I make a mistake, please forgive me. This is my first time.” Even Shah Rukh got in on the moment, jokingly flashing a printout of the speech taped to his back.
