Cases were filed against him under sections 392, 411, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in the crime that occurred on December 27, 2017.”

In his complaint, the complainant claimed to be a cab driver who had come to drop off customers near Uttam Nagar in Delhi.

Four people had abruptly stopped in front of his automobile and entered the road in front of him. They allegedly forced the complainant out of his car, stole his money and phone, and fled. Sunil and Mukesh were two of the people who were immediately arrested; the other two people managed to flee.
