Srinagar Police neutralized one Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist on Sunday
During an encounter on Sunday, Srinagar Police neutralized one Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist.
The dead terrorist has been identified as Adil Parray of Ganderbal, who was engaged in the killings of two J-K police officers in Sangam and Anchar Soura of the valley, according to the police.
“LeT #terrorist Adil Parray of #Ganderbal, who was involved in the #killing of 02 JKP personnel Gh Hassan Dar in Sangam and Saifulla Qadri in Anchar Soura, as well as the injuring of a 9-year-old girl, was killed in a chance #encounter with a small team of Police,” Kashmir Zone Police tweeted, citing IGP Vijay Kumar.
A small team of Srinagar Police began the encounter in the Kreesbal Palpora Sangam region of Srinagar.
“A chance #encounter with #terrorists and a small squad of #SrinagarPolice began near Kreesbal Palpora Sangam area of #Srinagar,” Jammu Kashmir Police tweeted.
