IIFA Rocks 2022 hosted in Abu Dhabi, Shershaah awarded as Best Film; full list of awards

Tiger Shroff, Shahid Kapoor, Salman Khan, and Sara Ali Khan, among others from the Bollywood, walked the red carpet and entertained with their performances.
The 22nd International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards were hosted in Abu Dhabi during the first weekend of June 2022, with the IIFA Rocks event on Friday, June 3rd, and the main awards night on Saturday, June 4th, catching the eye of netizens simultaneously. Tiger Shroff, Shahid Kapoor, Salman Khan, and Sara Ali Khan, among others from the Bollywood, walked the red carpet and entertained with their performances.
The 2021 war biopic Shershaah bagged the Best Picture award with Vishnuvardhan being awarded as the Best Director for the film. Asees Kaur and Jubin Nautiyal were also awarded as the Best Playback Singers in the female and male categories respectively for the song Raataan Lambiyaan of the movie.
While Anurag Basu was awarded the Best Story (Original) for Ludo, Kabir Khan and Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan were awarded the Best Story (Adapted) category for the Ranveer Singh starrer 83, based on ICC World Cup of the year 1983.
Kriti Sanon received Best Actor in a Leading Role (Female) for her role as a surrogate mother in Mimi while Vicky Kaushal won the Best Actor in a Leading Role (Male) for his performance in Shoojit Sircar’s Sardar Udham.
