On Tuesday morning, a bomb was detonated near the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) office in Payyannur, Kannur district, Kerala.

On Tuesday morning, a bomb was detonated near the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) office in Payyannur, Kannur district, Kerala. According to the police, the building’s window panes were shattered in this incident. This attack occurred despite the fact that the local police station was very close by. There were no reported injuries as a result of the bomb attack. In an exclusive interview with Republic TV, BJP leader Tom Vadakkan blamed the state administration for failing to prevent such attacks.

Tom Vadakkan of the BJP stated, “It is shocking and regrettable that the law and order situation has deteriorated to the point where bombs are being thrown at social organisations. And in civil society, that is not acceptable. There have previously been attacks on RSS workers involved in social work, and this type of law and order situation must be dealt with quickly. This is the responsibility of the police and the state administration. The people of Kerala will not take this lying down.”

“The police’s collusion is extremely dangerous. There are times when the police station is only 100 metres away and nothing happens. Offices must be safeguarded, especially in a sensitive district like Kannur. It has not been completed. So there is not only negligence but also collusion. I’m sorry to have to say this. Furthermore, the state government will be held liable for any damage to any political office in the state “, he explained.
