But obviously, it’s not easy to do it every time, but I think it’s all about mental as well and the atmosphere you get around your dressing room as well. Any batsman could do it because I think all the batters have been batting really well in this series as well and going forward, it’s going to be fun. Two captains, Suryakumar Yadav and Mitchell Santner made their way to the middle along with match referee Javagal Srinath. India captain Surya calls it right and the hosts decided to BOWL first versus New Zealand!

Summing up the scale of the challenge, Kiwi skipper Mitchell Santner joked, when asked what total would be enough against the reigning T20 world champions: “Against these guys? Probably 300.”

India have completely bossed this T20I series so far— putting up 238 to seal a thumping 48-run win, then cruising past a 200-plus target with more than four overs to spare.
