‘Sector 36,’ a new criminal thriller by Vikrant Massey and Deepak Dobriyal, is out in theatres.

Today marks the start of filming for Bollywood actors Vikrant Massey and Deepak Dobriyal’s new mystery murder thriller flick ‘Sector 36.’

Dinesh Vijan, the producer of Bollywood hit films ‘Stree’ and ‘Mimi,’ is the producer of this forthcoming criminal thriller film based on actual events and directed by newbie Aditya Nimbalkar. Vikrant Massey and Maddock Films released a special announcement video for the project on Monday.

The ‘Haseen Dillruba’ actor will be seen sharing screen space for the first time with Deepak Dobriyal, however the roles both actors will be playing are yet unknown.
Aditya Nimbalkar, the writer of ‘Talvar,’ will make his directorial debut with ‘Sector36.’ Previously, Nimbalkar worked as an assistant director with Vishal Bhardwaj on ‘Haider,’ ‘Rangoon,’ and ‘Pataakha.’
Vikrant, on the other hand, is busy preparing for his forthcoming thriller film ‘Forensic,’ in which he will play a forensic specialist alongside Radhika Apte. The film will premiere on Zee5 on June 24, 2022.

Deepak Dobriyal, famed for his comedic timing, was most recently seen in Zee5’s ‘Aafat-e-ishq’ and currently has ‘Good Luck Jerry,’ starring Janhvi Kapoor, and ‘Bhediya,’ starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in his kitty, with ‘Sector 36’ just added to it.

Aside from that, Maddock Films has a slew of projects in the works, including the horror-comedy ‘Bhediya,’ starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, and Laxman Uttekar’s next unnamed film, starring Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan.

The official release date for ‘Sector 36’ has yet to be determined.
