The hoardings of Mumbai's dissident Sena MLAs were vandalised by Sainiks on Friday.

Eknath Shinde, a rebel Shiv Sena MLA, claimed that the security protection provided to the families of lawmakers who were camping with him had been revoked. The allegations have been denied by the Maharashtra administration.

Workers for the Shiv Sena broke into Tanaji Sawant’s office in Pune on Saturday. In a video published by the sources, Sena workers can be seen smashing glass panes and yelling insults at Sawant, who is now camped out in Guwahati with Eknath Shinde.

“A member of our party damaged Tanaji Sawant’s office. This sort of action will be taken against all traitors and dissident MLAs who have harmed our chief Uddhav Thackeray. Additionally, their office will be attacked. No one would be spared, Shiv Sena city chief for Pune Sanjay More said to sources.

The offices of rebel Sena MLAs have already been targeted, and this is not the first time. The hoardings of Mumbai’s dissident Sena MLAs were vandalised by Sainiks on Friday. The hoarding of MLA Mangesh Kudalkar suffered damage in the city’s Kurla neighbourhood. On a different occasion, ink was splashed over the billboard of politician Dilip Lande.
