WWE Raw’s Natalya Spotted In Arm Sling After Tough Title Loss To Becky Lynch

Veteran WWE Superstar Natalya Neidhart may have walked away with more than just a loss after her match on the August 18 episode of WWE Raw. Following a physically intense battle with Becky Lynch for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, Natalya was later seen with her arm in a sling, sparking concerns about a possible injury.

While she hasn’t been featured much on WWE TV in 2025, Natalya has been active in the wider wrestling world, competing in promotions like GCW, NWA, and AAA. Her return to Raw, however, may have come at a cost.

Submission Showdown Ends with Possible Injury

The August 18 title match saw Natalya accompanied by Maxxine Dupri and Akira Tozawa, challenging Becky Lynch in a high-stakes contest. Both women showcased their technical prowess, trading submission holds throughout. In the end, Lynch retained her title by forcing Natalya to tap out to the Disarm-Her.

Just a day later, a fan post on X (formerly Twitter) from DS Ring the Belle showed Natalya posing at the Cauliflower Alley Club, but notably wearing an arm sling. No official injury report has been released, and neither Natalya nor DS have addressed the sling publicly, leaving fans wondering whether it’s a legitimate injury or a storyline development.

Natalya May Be Rebranding Her WWE Persona

There’s speculation that the sling could be part of a kayfabe injury angle as Natalya continues to reinvent her character. Recently, she’s been appearing under her nickname “Nattie” in outside promotions, and she reportedly wants to bring that version of her persona to WWE television. According to Natalya, Triple H and Nick Khan have shown support for her creative direction.

A Rough Week for the Queen of Harts

Despite strong performances, Natalya suffered two key losses this week first to Lynch on Raw and then at AAA TripleMania XXXIII, where she failed to capture the Reina de Reinas Title. While her momentum has taken a hit, her passion for reinvention keeps her in the spotlight.
