Ingredients You’ll Need 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup dark chocolate, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, pinch of salt, nuts/choco chips (optional)

Step 1 – Melt Butter & Chocolate In a pan, melt butter with chopped dark chocolate on low heat. Keep stirring till smooth until smooth.

Step 2 – Whisk Eggs & Sugar Whisk eggs and sugar till light and fluffy. This adds air to the batter and gives that crackly brownie top.

Step 3 – Mix Wet & Dry Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mix gently. Add flour, cocoa, and salt  stir together.

Step 5 – Bake It Right Pour into a greased tray and smooth the top evenly. Bake at 180°C for 25–30 mins until the edges are set.

Step 6 –  Slice Let it cool completely before slicing into squares.
