New Delhi: More than 140,000 people were killed in road accidents in India last year, according to figures released by the government. The report says that there has been an increase of 4.6% in the vehicle accidents in the year 2015.
More than half of the people killed in 500,000 road accidents last year were aged between 15 and 34.
